Meat Place has chickens with a rich protein source making sure its both organic and free range. Free-range chicken is so important for chicken consumers.
We select wonderful free range and organic beef from all over Zimbabwe, including our farm in Marondera.

I was inspired to startup the business as a result of my independent, creative spirit and my love for Farming, which is unique and showcases quality workmanship. We started on very humble beginnings with five (5) pigsty s as shown on the picture and having four (4) pigs for breeding . The business started to grow with much hard work and great motivation, To an extend of supplying big companies and Today we are proud to come out of vicinity and introduce our products to our valued customers in Zimbabwe.
I believe that what makes Meat Place special is its ability to be unique in its way of providing home grown meat on a commercial scale and its efficiency to supply all customers at the right time and at the right place.
If I had to narrow my choice of meats down to one for the rest of my life, I am quite certain that meat would be pork
It is by this great motivation that we chose to do pig farming. Since then Meat Place farm has had a long-standing tradition of producing pork within Zimbabwe. It started farming and selling of pig meat in 2013 and thus it became a prominent figure in the industry. Each of the Meat Place workers has spent the better part of his/her career in pursuit of excellence in his chosen segment of the pork industry.
Pork - no animal is more used for nourishment and none more indispensable in the kitchen; employed either fresh or salt, all is useful, even to its bristles and its blood; it is the superfluous riches of the farmer, and helps to pay the rent of the cottager. (Alexis Soyer)
Meat Place provides breeding stock to farmers starting pig enterprises, different pure and crossbreeds of Large white and Landrace are available. We sale ready to breed gilts, boars and pregnant sows. Our pigs are disease free with clear pedigree and other related records for buyer's reference.
Farmers/clients are provided with a training that explains basics in pig breeding to assist them in selection of the right pigs for their breeding purposes.
